Has Tarique Ghaffur made a mockery of race discrimination law?

Within 2 years of coming to UK as a refugee we give him a job in our police force and then over the years promote him to one of the highest ranked jobs in the Met.Police, if he was genuinely a victim of racism surely he should have fought and proven his case, but no he has taken the money and run and in doing this has let down every black police officer who he say's he represents. The man has just proved he was only after a big payoff.
