My friend might have ?

My best friend found out that she may have . She will know the test results tomorrow, but the doctor told her that he is pretty sure that the prognosis is . The only person that could have given it to her was her ex-fiance that she left three months ago and now she is experiencing symptoms. She is on the brink of being suicidal and has been crying for the past week. I want to help her, but I think she thinks that unless I am in her shoes, that I know nothing. She has been talking to her pastor and her therapist, but it's not helping. I was wondering if there were any support groups or resources out there that can better help her if she has it. Also, is there anything I can do to further support her and help her?
