Getting a job in italy?

my parents were both born there and now they are moving back in 3-4 years. yea i am going considering im only going to be 24ish and i cont live in NY alone even with a pretty good job. i am a american citizen and citizen of italy or w.e, my mom got that paperwork done and so is the rest of my family. i can speak some pretty good italian but only now about 80% of the REAL italian language. i am a auto technician, working for a year and a half, soon going to be working at a dealership. when they move there im going to need to get a job. if i work for a dealership here, lets say like audi, mercedes, or bmw, can i be transfers to one there dealerships there? i know a lot about cars and speaking english and italian must be a plus. buy what kind of jobs should i be looking for in the automotive industry there? getting a job there is definitely my biggest fear. thanks for the input. and if there is a better section i should have posted this let know.
