I need help, please give me some advice, from experiences maybe?

I had my period around the 12th of October I believe, I'm really bad at tracking it, but it comes every month around the same time--give or take a few days...Although this month I 'spotted' for a day when I was supposed to have my period...I had lower back cramps, I ended up with a cold (sneezing, runny nose, coughing, congested the whole nine yards)...So I'm over that now, but my have been extremely tender..I have white gooey discharge but no smell or itch so I know its not infection...I have been extremely tired and cranky most of the time...I have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I'm anxious to know....Are these symptoms of pregnancy?
