Ribon Syndicate Pokemon Pearl?

How many ribbons do I have to have to get into hte ribbon syndicate? I used my lv. 82 Bannette to get all the normal rank ribbons in all categories, I have the footprint award, and the hall of fame award, how many more do I need and what are they?
