Why are women so much more sensitive than men when it comes to ttc? Need encouragement!?

Ok. I have irregular periods due to hormonal imbalances( I have low progesterone, which means I do not ovulate regularly). It's been over 7 months we haven't been using any protection. I am trying to bear with this. But there is another issue. My husband works nights, and we really do not get the chance or time to bd sometimes. I get frustrated. I know he would love to have more kids( he already has a son from a previous marriage), because we have discussed it many times. But other than that, he never really talks about it. I know he is tired (work, no sleep and so on) but how come men do not think about it the way women do? Don't worry too much about it as women? Maybe it's just me. But I am stuck here.. strongly need some encouragement, advice or your opinion would help. Thank you.
