Why can we still smell each other?

I was on a date yesterday and later on that day it seemed like every couple of minutes i can smell her perfume this was after i took a shower so i know it wasn't my clothes. i didn't say anything cuz i did't want to sound strange. . .but the nxt day in the afternoon she texed me and told me that she was sittin in cl and out of no where she started to smell me what's the deal with that?
