What medicine can I take? 5 weeks pregnant...?

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and sick. I'm really congested, I have a constant headache, now I have a dry cough that hurts really bad, and a runny nose. My doctor told me that I could take sudafed (don't know if I spelled it right) so I have been the last couple days and I've gotten worse. Is there anything else that I can take that will work?
