Should hate-speech religious protestors be allowed in tourist spots?

Free speech, as long as it remains unabusive, should be allowed in public places. Now, not necessarily true on private property. We have the right to say what we wish and should not have that taken away from us. That is a right under the U S Constitution and should always be there. If we lose that right, who is to keep us from being under a tyrant king. We must be able to protest properly. Loud and abusive actions are not lawful, but peaceful protests are good.
