I know that The Wolfman remake hasn't come out yet, but I heard that people saw it before it came out.?

For those who did see it, what was the ending? I'm asking this because I heard an ending that sounded ridiculous and I want to see if it is true or not. The ending I heard was The Wolfman (Benicio Del Toro Oscar Winner 2000, Best Actor in a Leading Role-Traffic) killed Gwen Conliffe (Emily Blunt - The Young Victoria). I'm also asking this because the movie is R-rated and I can't see it. Please tell me the whole story line from beginning to end. How gory was it? Please be explicit. Was there any profanity and if so how much were the words used? The reason why I am asking all this is to check why it was rated-R? I know what filmratings.com said bloody horror violence and gore. But I need more than that. There are some films that are R-rated and don't have what I call R like qualities. Like I said before, please be grotesque and explicit. Also, I'm in the mood for spoilers.
