How do I stop Yahoo from adding those obtrusive blue underlines under text? ?

uming your using New Yahoo Mail. In the upper right portion of your inbox page go to options>mail options. Scroll down to the bottom and look for "When reading messages, underline". There you can check or uncheck whatever you prefer.
