Does net speed work with light?

if you were on a spaceship at the speed of light shining a laser in front of you, would that light from the laser be travelling 2x the speed of light? same things with atoms. If electrons are moving at the speed of light and their composing object is moving also at a high speed, would the electrons be moving faster.
