Do you think it is our duty...?

Certainly most people can be redeemed from their sins and evil, right? But there are some individuals who are just so horrible and unredeemingly evil that they have to be destroyed, right? As Christians, shouldn't it be our duty to flush out and eradidicate all the Adolf Hitlers and Charles Mansons of the world. It would be for the greater good and according to God's will to destroy evil.
