Could I have appendicitis?

I have had sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomin side and lower right backside for a few days now. It started in my belly on and moved to the lower right side. I googled appendicitis and I have several symptoms of it like abdomin pain, inability to p g, tight stiffness feeling and swollen stomach, feeling that I'm gonna vomit, and I have to pee frequently and it's impossible for me to get comfortable and sleep and hurts to breathe cough and laugh. But I don't have a fever and I haven't thrown up yet. Could it possibly be appendicitis or something else? And if so what?
