Christians - what are your opinions on the Prosperity Gospel?

Do you think it is okay or heresy? If you aren't sure what the Prosperity Gospel is - it pretty much means giving money to the church to get something out of it - like more money. Giving 50 to get 100 so that you can become rich and prosperous. Joel Osteen and Clefro Dollar are just a few that believe in this.
